Toby Lewis | Chairman

As Chairman, Toby Lewis leverages a rich career in institutional funds management from his London days and extensive roles at SG Global Private Banking and HSBC Private Wealth Managers. With a deep understanding of financial markets, Toby provides invaluable asset allocation guidance and effective portfolio implementation strategies. His expertise extends to assessing investment opportunities in global and domestic equities, property, and fixed interest structures. Toby conducts meticulous analysis of investment funds and managers to optimise returns for clients. He holds a Bachelor of Laws honors degree and a Maitrise in English and French Law from the University of London and Paris, as well as a Master's Degree in Financial Economics from the University of London. Toby is a CFA charterholder, a certified Financial Risk Manager, and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He currently serves on the Sydney CFA Society's Member Education Committee.

David Bainbridge | Head of Governance

David Bainbridge, a Certified Financial Strategist, has been an integral part of Lifestyle Asset Management for over a decade, now serving as the Head of Governance. With a Master of Business Administration from Sydney University, David brings a wealth of experience to the firm. Prior to his role as a Financial Adviser, he spent over 40 years as a Chartered Accountant, accumulating extensive consulting and management expertise across various sectors, including finance, transport, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and local and state government.

Kris Kondov | Asset Consultant

Kris Kondov, an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, has specialized in research roles throughout his career. He joined McGregor Asset Consulting in 2009, offering recommendations on managers, assisting clients with asset allocation decisions, and managing model portfolios. Following the founding of KK Asset Consulting in 2020, Kris continued to serve existing clients. Prior to this, Kris led the Performance Analytics team at Intech, focusing on analytical and reporting services for investment and consulting groups. He began his tenure at Intech as Research Products Manager in 2001, responsible for overseeing the business unit and developing analytical products. Kris's earlier roles included work at Morningstar's Manager Research department, the Investment and Financial Services Association (IFSA), and Zurich Life. Kris holds a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in Statistics from Newcastle University.

Jeremy Graham-Higgs | Asset Consultant

Jeremy Graham-Higgs boasts more than two decades of financial markets experience, encompassing portfolio construction, asset allocation, investment committee participation, managed fund research, and Approved Product List creation and maintenance. Leveraging his extensive background, Jeremy provides tailored, independent advice on asset allocation, portfolio construction, and individual product assessments. His focus centers on value addition while adhering to well-defined risk budgets aligned with client requirements. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics (Hons) from UNE, with a major in econometrics.

The committee meets regularly to

Consider and review global economic and market conditions and provide an assessment of the macroeconomic and thematic guidance for the overall portfolio management process.

Select and review ongoing performance of any specialist investment managers against agreed benchmarks,

Review the investments held in the Portfolio and the performance of these investments and the Portfolios against established benchmarks,

Monitor investment performance, ensuring compliance with the investment strategies of each Investment Option,

Ensure that the Portfolios and client portfolios comply with the published investment instructions of each Investment Option in the Investment Management Agreement,

Monitor implementation and compliance of the risk management framework and other approved policies,

Consistently apply the investment process in the construction of the portfolios that make up the Investment Options,

Periodically review the Stonewall investment philosophy, investment processes and investment strategies.
